Cyrus Motamed
Cyrus was born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland.
He immigrated to Los Angeles, CA in 1996 where he began a six year apprenticeship of the building trade at his Uncleʼs company Tricon Inc. a General Engineering and Building firm founded in 1980 specializing in Public Work Contracting.
In 2002 he relocated to Maui, HI to pursue his love of ocean sports and began honing his finish carpentry skills in high end residential construction. Cyrus likes to say that throughout his career he was blessed with wonderful mentors who showed him the better ways of building.
In 2010 Cyrus became a proud US citizen.
In 2013 Cyrus became a licensed General Contractor and founded CM Builders LLC.
In 2017 Cyrus joined forces with Pierre Noireaux of North Shore Design LLC, an equally talented Builder under the “Maui Luxury Builders” brand.
Cyrusʼ other pursuits are ocean sports, skiing, car racing and contemporary art.
Cyrus holds the following licenses:
BC-33282, BC-33283 and C-5, C-6, C-10, C-12, C-24, C-25, C-31a, C-32a licenses.
